Burns Night feels especially fitting at Glenuig Community Inn this year.
As a community-owned Inn, it’s rooted in connection. It’s a place shaped by the people who gather here, where good food, shared tables, familiar faces and local music matter.
Burns Night, with its focus on poetry, song and togetherness, sits naturally within those values.
This Sunday, the team will be marking the occasion with a relaxed three-course Burns Supper in the evening.
Expect great food as usual, alongside poetry, music and a few thoughtful touches that celebrate Robert Burns without making the night feel overly formal. It’s very much a good night in the pub; welcoming, unpretentious and shared.
The regular Sunday session will still be running during the day, as it always does, so whether you drop in for music and a chat, or join later for supper, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
Moments like this are a reminder of what community ownership makes possible: not just events, but shared experiences that bring people together and help keep the Inn at the heart of village life.
